At Beautiful Vivid Elements, every candle is handcrafted with care, and we take just as much pride in ensuring it arrives safely to you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed, as many of our pieces are made in small batches or prepared fresh.

During high-demand periods (e.g. holidays, special releases), processing times may be slightly extended. We will always keep you informed.

Delivery Option

  1. In-Store Pickup

You may select in-store pickup at checkout.

Once your order is ready, you will be notified with pickup instructions.

  1. Island-Wide Delivery (Jamaica)

We offer delivery across Jamaica through trusted courier services.

  • Delivery timelines typically range from 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Orders are dispatched once payment has been confirmed and processing is complete
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on location and, in some cases, the weight of the order
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped

Express Service (Priority Orders)

For customers who need their orders sooner, we offer express service at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Express service includes:

  • Priority processing (your order moves ahead in the queue)
  • Faster preparation and dispatch
  • Expedited delivery options where available

Express service may be applied to:

  • In-store pickup (same-day or next-day readiness, where possible)
  • Courier delivery (faster dispatch and prioritized handling)

Order Updates & Tracking

To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, you will receive email updates at key stages of your order, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Processing
  • Dispatch

You can also track the status of your order directly on our website, where updates will reflect whether your order is being prepared, dispatched, or delivered.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and complete to avoid delays
  • Processing time and delivery time are separate. Your order will first be prepared, then dispatched for delivery
  • Once your order has been dispatched, Beautiful Vivid Elements is not responsible for delays caused by courier services
  • For fragile or highly detailed designs, we take extra care in packaging to preserve quality during transition




    Return & Exchange Policy
  • Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our candles, we have a limited return policy to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
  • Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only under the following conditions:
    • The item arrived damaged or defective
    • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order
    • Clear photo or video evidence is provided
  • Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
    • Change of mind
    • Minor imperfections that are part of the handmade process
    • Used or altered items
  • Each candle is uniquely handcrafted, and slight variations are part of its beauty.
  • Return Process

    • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photos
    • Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement
    • Approved returns must be sent back within the 7-day window
  • Refunds & Replacements

    • Where applicable, we will offer a replacement or store credit
    • Refunds (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method

  • Due to the artistic nature of our designs, each candle is packaged to minimize damage during transit. Breakages are rare, but in the unlikely event it occurs, we’ve got you covered.
