Yes! Our candles are made with premium fragrance oils designed to deliver a rich, long-lasting scent. From sweet dessert notes to warm, comforting blends, each candle is crafted to create a sensory experience, visual and aromatic.
Yes, our candles are made with high-quality wax blends and safe materials. However, due to their decorative designs, some elements may melt differently and designs may shift as the candle burns. For best results, we recommend placing your candle on a heat-safe tray while burning.
Burn time varies depending on the size and design of the candle. Because many of our candles are artistic and detailed, some customers choose to burn them occasionally or keep them as decorative pieces.
Most of our candles are made in small batches. Once a design is sold out, it may be restocked at a later date or retired permanently. If you love something, we recommend purchasing while it’s available.
Yes, we do. We accept custom orders for birthdays, weddings, corporate gifts, and special occasions. Please use our Custom Order Form or contact us in advance, as custom creations require additional time.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, depending on demand and product availability. During peak periods such as holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Yes, we deliver islandwide. Delivery options include courier service and bearer delivery for Kingston & St. Catherine only. Delivery times and fees will be confirmed at checkout.
Yes, COD is available for Kingston & St. Catherine only via bearer delivery. Please note that a $250 JMD cash handling fee applies, and online payment is recommended for faster processing.

Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will assist you.
To get the best experience, trim the wick before each burn, do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time, keep away from drafts, and always place the candle on a heat-safe surface.
