Beautiful Vivid Elements is a Jamaica-based business specializing in handcrafted candles and related products.
By using this website, you confirm that:

- You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions
- All information provided by you is accurate and complete
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
2. Products & Descriptions
All products are handcrafted, and while we strive for consistency, slight variations in color, design, and finish may occur.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Due to the artistic nature of our candles:
- Designs may vary slightly
- No two pieces are exactly identical
These variations are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated
- Full payment is required before orders are processed and dispatched
- We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice
Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers. We do not store your card details.
4. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation
- Processing and delivery times are separate
- Orders are only dispatched once processing is complete
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of:
- Suspected fraud
- Payment issues
- Product unavailability
In such cases, a refund will be issued where applicable.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available island-wide across Jamaica, along with in-store pickup.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations
- Delivery fees are calculated based on location and, in some cases, the weight of the order
- Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery timelines rests with the courier
Customers will receive updates via email and can track their order status on the website.
6. Express Orders
Express (priority) service is available at an additional cost and is subject to availability.
This service includes:
- Priority processing
- Faster dispatch
Express delivery timelines are not guaranteed and depend on operational capacity and courier availability.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor variations due to the handmade nature of our products
All return requests must follow the process stated in our Return Policy.
8. Intellectual Property

- Images
- Branding
- Text and descriptions
